Program Terms & Conditions
The RM Property Conveyancing (RMPC) Referral Program makes it easy to recommend our services to your friends and family and get rewarded at the same time. For every friend or family member that you refer who becomes a paying RMPC client, you will be eligible for a $20 GiftPay e-gift card.
To be eligible to participate in the program, as the person referring (ie the Referrer) the following Terms and Conditions apply:
- You must be a previous client of RMPC and have had a matter completed ie contracts exchanged.
- You acknowledge and agree that your referee must disclose your name in order to be eligible for the reward.
- Your friends and family must note your correct and full name when completing the written online instructions, in the space provided (this is how we track referrals back to you).
- As the referrer, you will receive a $20 GiftPay e-gift card for each ‘new customer’ you have referred.
- A ‘new customer’ is defined as one who has accepted an RMPC quote and/or completed written instruction to RMPC and has had their new matter exchanged.
- Referral program rewards do not count for referrals that may have been made prior to the launch of the Program.
- Referrals that are cancelled by any party for any reason prior to the exchange of the matter, will not be included in the Program.
- RMPC reserves the right to terminate a user’s involvement in the Program if RMPC suspects that there is some abuse of the Program.
- RMPC may amend these terms and conditions from time to time and revised terms and conditions shall become effective immediately upon publishing.
- RMPC reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Program at any time.
- You agree to comply with any applicable laws and the RMPC Customer Terms.
