- Make a list all structural alterations and/or improvements made during ownership.
- Include dates they were made and which contractors you used.
- The buyers legal team may want you to provide copies of documentation relating to your answers above:

NOTE: A buyer may want to see a current usage bill or proof they are connected to the grid.
