For us to prepare your Contract of Sale, we require an initial $350 payment. This can be done via bank transfer.
The payment is non-refundable as it is used to pay for the certificates and searches from the NSW Government Authorities.
It is, however, deducted from the price we have already quoted you. The remainder of the account is paid at settlement, so please, do not transfer the whole amount.

Please email a copy of the transaction receipt to hello@rmpc.com.au. We will then order your searches immediately instead of having to wait for the funds to arrive in our account.

Provide your land and water rates
As proof of ownership, we will need to see:
- Your land rates notice for the property you are selling
- Your water rates notice
