- Enter the code they text you
- Tap Verify your identity → Start

Take a selfie
- Allow camera access when asked
- Phone at eye level, against a plain wall
- Neutral face — no hat, glasses or hair in the way
- Slowly move the phone closer until you get a green tick

Photograph your passport or birth certificate
- Place it down flat and snap a clear photo
- Type the details in if they don’t scan automatically
Tip: white glare from downlights? Angle the phone slightly.

Photograph your licence & Medicare card
- Select Driver Licence as your second ID
- Photograph it, and the back too if asked

Check, sign, submit
- Your name must match on both IDs
- Sign on screen with your finger
- Tap Submit VOI — done!
